The images are timeless.
Made with a “pinhole ” camera, just a pinhole, a box and a piece black and white film. Something from the days of Galileo. There is no lens. The exposures range from a few seconds to several minutes. That’s the technical side. The loftier aspect of this is that I’m seeking out some of the sacred places on the planet that the human spirit has bestowed with a certain energy and through the use of this magic box capturing elements not seen by the casual observer.
A Seattle native, Gregg has been in love with photography for most of his life. For the last twenty-five years he has been serving the marketing needs of the architectural community with his large format view camera.
This series of pinhole photographs blends his love of architecture, travel and his curiosity of the loftier side of the human spirit.
